MANUFACTURING FAQ
If you have more questions don’t hesitate to get in touch and we will be delighted to provide you with further information.
From major labels to emerging brands we are specialized in development and production of high-quality clothing. We produce the following items: womenswear, menswear, kids and baby wear, sportswear, sweaters, pullovers, hoodies, T-shirts, polo shirts, blouses, leggings, skirts, dresses, sleepwear, shorts and trousers, shirts, cardigans, jackets and many more upon request.
MOQ is an acronym which stands for minimum order quantity, and refers to the minimum amount that can be ordered from a supplier and or the least number of pieces you can order.Â
We work with a minimum of 50 Kg of fabric per color. This will result in different amounts of articles depending on the type and weight of the fabric and the design of the styles (for example a classic adult T-shirt is 200-300 pieces for 50 kg). If you use the same fabric in more styles this would be more efficient.Â
We require a MOQ of 150 pcs per style/ per color. Â
Yes & No 🤔
We can only give a price quote once we have your pattern, a technical sheet, size set and measurement chart with style dimensions, and choice of fabric.
It is important to us to give you a correct quotation so we need all final fabrics, with all the trims and finishings finalized so we can create a production sample for you. We won’t be able to give you a price quote on your garment until your pattern and production sample is finalized.Â
If you send us a photo of your design and all the specifications we can give you a rough price but this is not the final price until all details regarding pattern and production sample (accessories- prints, embroidery, labels, packaging etc) are finalized.Â
If you do not have a pattern but a sketch we can create a pattern for you. Developing tech packs and making patterns is charged at flat rate 50-100€ per style/pattern depending on design complexity. The more seams, separate pieces, pockets, collars, sleeves, design layers you have in a garment, the more it costs for the pattern. This cost includes the sizing free of charge.Â
Alternatively, you can send an original sample to copy.Â

When we have received your confirmation on all style changes and have agreed on price, we make photo samples (also known as sales samples). This is your final garment made in your final fabrics, with all the trims and finishings, ready for your customers to buy.Â
Photo sample collections and size sets we charge to produce. The cost needs to be determined each time and is not fixed.
The basic difference between woven and knit fabrics is in the yarn or thread that composes them. A knit fabric is made up of a single yarn, looped continuously to produce a braided look. Multiple yarns comprise a woven fabric, crossing each other at right angles to form the grain.
We work with circular knit fabrics.
We try to be as versatile as possible when it comes to fabric structures, weights and compositions. Here the list of those we use most frequently: Jersey — Jacquard — Fleece — PiquĂ© — Rib— Interlock— Velour— Corduroy and many more upon request.Â
We can source any new development for our clients. Here is a list of our most common used fibres: Cotton (Organic certified / recycled) — Lyocell — Viscose — Tencel —Modal —Bamboo— Linen —Wool — Polyamide — Polyester/ recycled polyester.Â
You still can’t decide? We can always supply you with fabric cuttings.
